SR&J’s On-line Marketing Strategy

In September 2009, SR&J Customer Care launched a newly redesigned, Wordpress-powered website. This effort was undertaken relative to SR&J Customer Care’s new on-line marketing strategy and included the introduction of social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and MadMimi as part of our SEO strategy. These joint efforts with a web design company included all setup work as well as web hosting. SR&J was involved in writing the copy and approving all content.

As is expected during the initial start-up phase of any partnership, we experienced our share of glitches and hiccups, until February 2010, when a joint decision was reached to bring the website back in-house. With the recovery of our website, we are pleased to have made a series of technical improvements.

 We have also identified potential future improvements, such as:

 - A greater emphasis on the content of the page compared to the links

 - Minimizing text on the front page

We are confident that our improved website will continue to be a great resource for current and potential employees and clients and look forward to what the Web can bring us!
