Performing manual calling to existing clients/lessee’s (no cold calling is involved).
Contacting client a few weeks prior (up to 45 days) to their lease-end to schedule an appointment with a field representative to inspect the vehicle for any excess wear and tear.
Explaining to lessees what the purpose of the call is.
-Working with the lessee to figure out what the best date and time for an inspector to view the lessee’s vehicle would be.
-Ensuring that the best possible customer service has at all times been provided to lessees.
-Providing clear and accurate information to clients
-Continually learning updated information regarding the program and customer service.
-Creating long lasting customer relationships.
